The bakers set a buffet lunch in the Fredrik's hall on weekdays. In the evenings and on weekends, parties and meetings can be held in it (through reservations).

Fredrik's Hall is decorated in memory of Merchant Fredrik Sovelius. The walls are decorated with beautiful, hand-printed French wallpaper. The wallpaper has 11 shades, each printed with a sieve one by one. A wallpaper pattern has been found in a French castle.
